Practices That Elevate
As a Well-Being Life Coach, I share guided meditations, sound meditations, and additional holistic therapies. Key for expanding self-awareness, I use a world-renowned personality test that helps you understand yourself, your strengths, and helps you understand the ways in which you engage with the world. Most find this paramount in their self-cultivation.
Sound Therapy Descriptions
Our bodies absorb sound via Meissner cells found mostly in our ears, face and chest. We are 90% water, which means sound wakes through our bodies like water wakes through the ocean. It reaches deep into the body via bone conduction and fluids, and affects every piece of who we are at the cellular level.
Sound Therapy waking through the body sets off a chain reaction via the vagus nerve and Parasympathetic Nervous System, triggering a release of the natural tranquilizing neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
In fact, all practices that bring about deep calm and relaxation create a high tone Vagus nerve, necessary to maintain a state of good health.
Research continues to show that sound has profound results on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Sound Therapy Benefits
- higher consciousness
- calming the nervous system
- toning the vagus nerve
- lowers blood pressure
- brings deep calm
- deep insights
- deep healing
Sound therapy is currently used in the medical field to rule out bone breaks, to alter brain waves, treat cancer, and treat people who are Neurodivergent. Research continues to show sound therapy has profound results on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Energy Harmonizing
is a very specific application of energy therapy that includes several steps, such as the utilization of Reiki, Pranic, and other energy tools well respected in the industry. Therapist begins with tuning into your higher-self, and cleansing your aura. Therapist balances chakras using Reiki and gemstones, and goes through a full body Reiki session. In the final steps, your therapist encourages a clearer energetic connection with your higher self. Additionally, it supports grounding, encouraging your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual “bodies” to be in tune with the higher-self, and assists in total harmony.

Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy * Lymphatic Drainage Massage * Swedish Massage
Neuromuscular Therapy Description
Neuromuscular therapy is a very specifically applied form of massage therapy. The Neuromuscular therapist pays attention to the body’s movement, discusses the clients description of pain patterns, history, and types of activities along with, and most importantly the assessment of the body during the massage and then begins treatment with a plan of application that follows, “…protocols that are taught in a step-by-step process. These time-tested, hands-on techniques are built upon a science-based foundation and guided by clinical evidence.” (nmtcenter.com) there is a consideration of all aspects that might be contributing to the presenting issue. For example a client presenting pain in the back of the neck would certainly call for addressing the front of the neck, all the muscles that attach from the shoulders and upper back into the neck, and the lower back since the healthy function of the entire spine is effected as a whole unit. Your Neuromuscular Therapist would be assessing factors that could be causing short or long term ongoing problems or anything that might be adding to the presenting issue. This could include pathologies, nutritional components, neurostimulants, neurotoxins, myofascial dysfunction, postural positioning, or anything that falls into the 3 general headings of dysfunction; biomechanical, biochemical and psychosocial factors. When all 3 of these areas are being considered and addressed synergistically the client often gains the greatest result. For this reason, and because your Neuromuscular therapist is looking for underlying issues that might be a warning of underlying pathologies, occasionally as a precaution, will ask you to get checked out by your General practitioner or Chiropractor to ensure that Massage is the best course of action for you. Your health and happiness is the main goal of a good Massage Therapist even if that means asking you to utilize a different form of Therapy. NMT is utilized by many practices to include Physical Therapy, Mainstream medicine, Chiropractors, and multidisciplinary clinics worldwide. See below information as described by NMTcenter.com NMT assessments and examinations primarily address: -ischemia (tight tissue with reduced blood flow) -myofascial trigger points (hypersensitive points within muscles that give rise to referred phenomena, including pain) -neural entrapment (pressure on nerves by muscles and other soft tissues), and nerve compression (pressure on nerves by osseous and other bonelike tissues, such as cartilage or discs). -postural assessment (assessment of the position of the body as a whole) and dysfunctional gait patterns (manner of movement when walking) -with constant consideration for many other perpetuating factors, such as hydration, nutrition, breathing patterns, and psychologic stress. NMT is highly effective for clients who present with chronic pain and is often successful in reducing or eliminating even longstanding painful conditions. Some of the techniques can also be applied to acute injuries and for post-surgical care; many help to improve performance in sport or dance and to prevent injuries due to these activities.
